Market research. That’s the most important part. This is how we tap into your audience and get better results and a more successful launch. It doesn’t matter if you’ve done zero market research before! (A lot of my clients haven’t.)

The market research process starts with you filling out a questionnaire all about your target audience, before we send out a survey to collect real results. I’ll dive into the survey data, as well as voice of customer research, to craft strategic copy straight from the sauce (I mean source).
